Wow. My fingers hurt. One thing to note: do not judge what my music taste is based solely on this. These are just my happy songs. The majority of the songs I like are much darker. I will tell you my music taste: I LOVE Florence and the Machine, but I mostly listen to Regina Spektor and basically anything composed by Hans Zimmer. My favorite soundtracks are Sherlock Holmes (both, but the second one is just amazing), How to Train Your Dragon, Pride & Prejudice, etc.

I call it a catharsis song.

While I’m listening to it, all I want to do is find a corner, curl up, and cry my bloody heart out; but after it’s all over, I feel relieved almost. It makes me feel so much better. Crying it out, I suppose I am.
